Medal
Kid’s must bring their own bike and helmet. Inner tube and pfd (life jacket) will be provided.
Team Competitors
Please note prices and benefits listed below are for the entire team. When registering on runsignup.com, the prices will be for each individual competitor.
Co-Ed Relay Team- $60 (early-bird) $75 (regular) $90 (late)
Includes race registration and (3) lunches.

Minimum age = 13

Team must have 1 adult and 1 under 19.
Minimum age = 10 (participants ages 10-12 must be accompanied by an adult on their leg).
At least two team members must be family by blood or marriage. This includes; spouses, siblings, cousins, parent/child, aunt/uncle, grandparent/grandchild etc.
No gender restrictions
Teen Relay Team - $60 (early-bird) $75 (regular) $90 (late)

All team members must be between the ages of 12-19
No gender restrictions
Note: A limited number of kayaks and standup paddle boards with accompanying life jackets, are available for rent for an additional $10 fee. If you pay for a SUP or Kayak; your boat will be staged at the North boat ramp labeled with your bib number, a PFD, and paddle.
Awards
Awards will be presented to the following:
1st place age category female and male solo competitors
1st place co-ed relay team
1st place family relay team
1st place youth relay team
Race Rules
Relay teams must consist of 3 members
PFDs (life jackets) are required by all participants on the paddle leg
Boats for the paddle leg must be human-powered and must contain only one race participant
Helmets are required for all cyclists
This is a friendly race. If you see someone injured or having a medical issue, stop and help!
